This event brings startup and industry experts to discuss partnerships for improving cyber-threats resilience on national infrastructure. You will learn how startups, industry and tech providers can work together on solving cyber-security problems and what are some of the initiatives in the pipeline. We are excited to host at the event Kara Sadybakasova, the founder of IoT Sploit and Singapore winner of She Loves Tech Competition, locally organised by Female Founders. Kara recently participated in CyLon, Europe's first Cyber-security Accelerator and will share her insights.

Padmini Pandya (Moderator) 
Director of Strategy, Asia Pacific & Japan - Citrix

Padmini sits at the intersection of organizational psychology, business strategy and entrepreneurship, specializing in organizational transformation and strategic expansion of MNCs. She holds 4 degrees and marries her experience as a corporate strategist and entrepreneur with organizational behaviour, industrial psychology, corporate innovation, partnerships, M&A, post-merger integration and change management. She has spoken at SXSW and regularly speaks at regional conferences, multinationals and universities regarding organizational transformation, strategy and org design.

Lim Bee Kwan
Senior Director - Government Infrastructure Group, Government Technology Agency

Bee Kwan is the Senior Director of GovTech’s Government Infrastructure Group. She has been instrumental in the conceptualisation and development of Whole-of-Government ICT infrastructure, providing systems and services to all public service officers. Bee Kwan’s team also looks at Managed Hosting such as data centres, cloud infrastructures and other security services to support agencies in delivery to all stakeholders. Bee Kwan also sits on the Senior Leadership Team at GovTech.

Kara Sadybakasova
Co-founder & CEO - IOTsploit

Kara is the co-founder & CEO of IOTsploit, a cyber security software company that protects connected devices deployed in critical infrastructure. Mid this year, Kara's company won the She Loves Tech pitching competition in Singapore, an event only open to female founders or any business that positively impacts women.

Anthony is an experienced consultant and has served as an executive for two firms through periods of significant growth (revenue, staffing, and capabilities). He served in senior positions within the DoD and Intelligence Community (IC). He now leads a team of trusted advisors to assist clients to thrive within today’s highly contested cyber environment. His global, enterprise clients have included stock exchanges, banks, utilities, federal military/intel agencies and other representatives of the public, financial and critical infrastructure sectors.

His specialises in Cyber Security/Digital transformation of Critical infrastructure, IIoT, CIoT, Government IoT and Smart Cities.

Partner - SeedPlus and Jungle Ventures

Chirayu is investing and operating seed stage companies in Asia. As a partner in SeedPlus, a venture firm that invests in deep technology startups out of Asia, he personally focuses on devices, IOT, network infrastructure, operating systems, industry 4.0, transportation, smart city or other "hard to build" stuff.

Paul is a Director in KPMG's Cyber practice in Singapore. Previously, he was with KPMG Cyber in Silicon Valley, Houston and London. He specializes in CISO strategy, high-profile assessments and leading major programs to enhance cyber security capabilities. Paul has twenty years of experience in IT Security and Risk consulting, with particular experience in the Hi-Tech, Energy and Financial Services sectors.
