Speakers' Profiles:

Kyle Holm, Partner, Private Practice Leader - Global, Radford, AON

Kyle Holm has nearly 20 years of compensation consulting experience covering executive, broad-based and Board of Director pay. His work encompasses all elements of compensation, including base salary, annual incentives, and long-term incentives. He consults on the design of cash and stock-based compensation programs for a varied range of public and private companies with a focus on high-growth organisations in the technology and life sciences sectors. Additionally, Kyle has significant experience working with family-owned businesses.

Prior to joining Radford, Kyle held a principal position at Hay Group and was a founder of Presidio Pay Advisors, where he was instrumental in developing their pre-IPO offerings.

Kyle has been an instructor for the Northern California Human Resources Association's continuing education program. His work has been published in WorkSpan, and he co-authored a chapter on initial public offerings in the recently published Understanding Executive Compensation - A Practical Guide for Decision Makers.

Jacob Tan, Director, Private Practice Leader - SEA, Radford, AON

Jacob Tan leads the Private Market Practice (Startups) in Southeast Asia and has an additional responsibility of leading the Executive Compensation and Corporate Governance solutions in South East Asia.

Jacob has close to 10 years of experience advising leading across diverse industries such as technology, financial services, real estate, and consumer services in Asia. He advises corporations from the seed stage all the way to large cap listed firms.

His areas of expertise include rewards strategy, corporate governance, and incentive plan design for pre-IPO equity schemes, benchmarking for executives and board directors, board evaluation, pre-IPO incentive schemes, short-term incentive and share plan design and implementation, accounting valuations of share-based compensation, designing KPIs and scorecards, productivity benchmarking and executive contracts.

Tracy Davies, Head of People, MoneySmart

Tracy is a highly accomplished HR leader with over 20 years of experience in senior director roles, encompassing all aspects of Strategic and Operational HR.

Passionate about strengthening employee engagement and creating robust HR and talent management programs, Tracy's expertise spans a number of industries including Startups, Research, Technology, Financial Services, Media and Publishing. With global experience across APAC, Europe and North America, Tracy provides effective and innovative solutions to meet your unique HR requirements.

Imran Bustamam, Head of Human Resources, Ninja Van

Imran Bustamam is the Head of Human Resources at Ninja Van. With a passion for capability building and talent development, he is responsible for creating and implementing people practices across all business units in the company. In his current role, he also focuses on attracting the best talent to work at Ninja Van so that the business can fulfil its aim of using technology-enabled solutions to provide hassle-free delivery experiences for customers and have a ninja within reach of any consumer in Southeast Asia.

He joined Ninja Van in 2016 and has helped to cement scalable human resource practices as well as initiatives geared towards both business and technology talent across six countries in Southeast Asia.

Prior to Ninja Van, Imran worked as an HR practitioner for large corporates specialising in industrial services and oil & gas for Singapore as well as broader Asia markets. He graduated with a Masters in Human Resources.

Ravi Nippani, Associate Partner, Private Practice Leader - APAC and MEA, Radford, AON

Ravi Nippani leads the Private Market Practice (Startups) in the Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa (AMEA) and also has an additional responsibility of leading the Technology and Lifesciences industries in South East Asia. As a senior member of the advisory team, he consults with companies across the globe.

Ravi brings to Radford more than 15 years of experience in High Tech, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Chemical and Financial Services sectors working across AMEA and North America. Ravi's consulting experience ranges from large public / private corporations to small private and pre-IPO businesses, with specialities in project management, executive and non-executive rewards, grade structuring, skills framework, career architecture, job evaluations and M&A due diligence. Ravi has extensive experience in the development of global and local market talent and rewards strategies across developed and emerging economies. During his career, he has had the opportunity of working in India, Singapore, South Africa and the US.

Prior to joining Radford, Ravi led Mercer's multi-industries offerings in SEA and was an advisory consultant to clients in the emerging markets of Asia. Before joining Mercer, Ravi led the global compensation and benefits team for Mahindra Satyam covering over 35,000 employees across the world. Ravi serves as a frequent speaker and panellist on Talent and Rewards related issues.

Victor Tan is currently part of SGInnovate's Venture Investing team in Singapore and concurrently manages investments and operations in North America. SGInnovate is focused on enabling entrepreneurs in Singapore to build startups with a strong emphasis on science and deep technology.
