Kwan Chong Tan, Head of Technology, Vertex Holdings
Kwan Chong Tan

Kwan Chong (KC) is Head of Technology at the Partnership Group where he heads the Technology and Data Science team. KC leads the development of proprietary AI-powered applications and applying data science to enhance venture capital investments and operations across the Vertex network. He also advises and supports our Vertex portfolio companies in their go-to-market efforts and builds innovation partnerships with corporates. Prior to Vertex Holdings, KC comes with extensive experience as a data scientist, helming roles at growth start-ups such as Palantir and SparkBeyond, and has led data teams at ComfortDelGro, Booz Allen Hamilton, and DSTA.

Steve Pham, Head of Solution Architect, Temus
Steve Pham

Steve is an accomplished technology leader currently serving as the Head of Solution Architect for Cloud Engineering and Tech Consulting Practice at Temus since September 2021, where Steve leads a team to drive digital transformation and innovative strategies in Digital Advisory, Artificial Intelligence, and Data. Prior to this role, Steve held positions such as Associate Director of Digital Architecture at Temus, Manager at Deloitte Consulting, and Digital Solution Architect Principal at Accenture, contributing to various digital transformation projects across multiple industries. Additionally, Steve has experience as the CEO and Founder of AMAS HUB Pte Ltd, specializing in technology solutions for the Food and Beverage sector. Steve also lectures as an Adjunct Lecturer at Curtin University, teaching computer science modules, and has a robust background as a software engineer in various organizations. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from NUS.

Kelvin Tan, Sales Director, Arcfra
Kelvin Tan

Kelvin Teo is the Sales Director of Arcfra. With nearly two decades of experience in the IT industry, he brings a rich blend of technical and strategic expertise to the enterprise IT space. Kelvin began his career in the end‑user domain at JPMorgan Chase. Transitioning into the vendor ecosystem, Kelvin then spent eight years as a Principal Consultant at Citrix, crafting virtualisation and mobility solutions, followed by a role as Senior Pre‑Sales Engineer at Nutanix, where he provided advanced cloud and virtualization infrastructure solutions for Government and Government-linked organisations. In 2023, Kelvin took on the role of Head of Solutions Engineering in Sangfor Singapore, leading technical teams in designing and delivering tailored client solutions. He recently transitioned into a full-fledged technical sales role as Sales Director at Arcfra, merging technical experience with go-to-market leadership. Kelvin is now guiding clients, shaping adoption and datacenter transformation.
