Lim Bing Shun, also a Senior Manager at SNEF, will share how Career Conversion Programmes offer structured reskilling support for new and existing employees impacted by business transformation.

Yit Khai is a seasoned data analytics professional with deep expertise in turning data into strategic insight. At SGInnovate, he leads the product strategy and development work behind Deep Tech Central - a national platform connecting talent, startups, and partners across Singapore’s Deep Tech ecosystem. With a background in tech consulting, he has delivered solutions across data engineering, data governance, data visualisation, and data science. His work enables ecosystem-wide insights and collaboration, supporting smarter, AI-driven approaches to talent and innovation.

Kelvin Kho

Kelvin Kho brings extensive experience supporting public sector initiatives across workforce, housing, and healthcare development. At SNEF, he contributed to a national grant programme driving workforce transformation for over 600 enterprises. Previously, he managed government-linked projects encompassing enterprise system procurement, housing policy initiatives, data policy implementation, and the rollout of healthcare financing schemes. With a background in marketing and business administration, Kelvin collaborates across functions to align policy, operations, and technology—delivering programmes that create meaningful impact for businesses and the wider community.

Lim Bing Shun

Bings leads the Place-and-Train department at SNEF, advocating on strategic workforce transformation and talent optimization. Formerly an impactful Programme Manager responsible for the WSG initiated Career Conversion Programmes (CCP), he's adept at connecting local companies with vital CCP solutions. He champions CCPs for delivering industry-recognized training and expanding talent pools, having helped over 100 local employers support the local workforce with career transitions and job redesign reskilling successfully. Beyond CCPs, he’s a certified IHRP-CA, familiar with corporate learning and holistic workforce development.
