Overview
Project Management Professional (PMP)® credential awarded by Project Management Institute (PMI), USA is the most important industry-recognized certification for project managers. Globally recognized and demanded, the PMP® demonstrates that you have the experience, education and competency to successfully lead and direct projects.
This PMP Examination Preparation course helps you understand the core principles of PMP® and provides the skills to pass the demanding and challenging PMP® examinations. Our training sessions are based on PMI-standardized course materials for 2021 PMP exams.
PMP 2021 has been re-designed to be value-oriented and organized into three domains, i.e. People, Process and Business Environment. PMP focuses on the key skillsets in the PMI Talent Triangle (Ways of Working, Power Skills and Business Acumen).
Within the three domains of PMP, the key concepts, trends, emerging practices, tailoring considerations of predictive and agile methods would be covered. About half of the PMP 2021 examination will represent predictive project management approaches and the other half will represent agile or hybrid approaches.

The Project Management Professional (PMP) Training, developed by the Project Management Institute (PMI), equips learners to prepare for the PMP certification across predictive, agile and hybrid approaches. By the end of this course, aspiring project management professionals will be able to:
LO1: Define project scope to drive desired deliverables
LO2: Create integrated project plans based on the project objectives, scope and interdependencies, in alignment with business goals
LO3: Assign and manage resources efficiently in projects to enhance project performance
LO4: Manage project risks and mitigation to enhance project success
LO5: Set up project communication plan with project stakeholders using engagement techniques
LO6: Implement methodologies and tools to drive desired deliverables
LO7: Coordinate the project activities within agreed scope, cost, timescale and resources by managing issues and follow-on actions
LO8: Identify deviations, analyse root causes, and implement corrective actions
Recommended Prerequisites
There is no pre-requisite to attend this course; however it is recommended that delegates fulfill the 36 months of experience leading projects required by PMI. Knowledge on predictive and agile approaches gives a head start.

Certificate of Attendance from Sapience Consulting: Upon meeting at least 75% attendance and passing the assessment(s), participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance from Sapience Consulting.
