Overview
The AWS Career Launchpad with Trainocate is a Place and Train initiative jointly developed by Trainocate and Amazon Web Services (AWS), supported by the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) through TechSkills Accelerator (TeSA).
This programme offers a structured 6-12 months job and training pathway for aspiring cloud professionals, with a focus on building Generative AI (Gen AI) capabilities.
The programme will aim to train up to 100 learners within the local AWS Partner Network (APN) from now till 2027. The APN includes over 130,000 global businesses — from consulting firms to software companies — that work with AWS to provide cloud solutions for their customers.
The programme combines hands-on learning with instructor-led training, preparing participants to join organisations and lead AWS AI projects. This includes AI Centres of Excellence (COEs) that are central to scaling AI solutions in an organisation.
It also emphasises inclusive hiring by encouraging women in tech and mid-career professionals to participate, helping build a more diverse, future-ready workforce.
