OVERVIEW

Asia's healthcare sector is at an inflection point. A rising middle class across ASEAN is demanding private alternatives to overcrowded public systems, medical cost inflation is outpacing general inflation, and capital is rotating fast — away from hospital consolidation toward biopharma, tech-enabled care models, and AI-driven drug discovery. For private capital, the opportunity is significant. So is the complexity.

This Masterclass is designed for investment professionals who want to move beyond the headlines and build a sharper framework for sourcing, underwriting, and exiting healthcare and life sciences investments across the region.

WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE?

  • Venture Capitalists & Private Equity Leads: Specifically those targeting Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Biotech sectors.

  • Sector-Specific Fund Managers: Professionals looking for insights on deal sourcing, portfolio monitoring, and preparing for high-value exits.

  • Family Offices & Institutional Investors: Groups seeking to capitalize on the "perfect storm" of demand driven by the rising middle class in ASEAN.

  • C-Suite Health Tech Executives: Founders and leaders in Biotech, MedTech, and digital health looking for cross-border investment opportunities.

  • Strategy & Financial Consultants: Advisors focused on healthcare business design, value creation, and traditional vs. tech-oriented services.

  • AI Governance & Compliance Officers: Specialists interested in the integration of AI within healthcare systems and the associated regulatory frameworks.

  • Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Specialists: Those exploring how private alternatives can address overcrowded public systems and increase affordability profitably.
