Overview

The intersection of women in technology (Tech) and artificial intelligence (AI) within the banking industry presents a dynamic landscape of opportunities and challenges. Historically, the tech and banking sectors have been predominantly male-dominated, but efforts to promote diversity and inclusion are gradually reshaping this landscape.

Overall, while progress has been made, there is still much work to be done to achieve gender parity in tech and AI roles within the banking industry. By fostering inclusive workplace cultures, providing opportunities for skill development and career advancement, and addressing systemic barriers, the banking sector can unlock the full potential of women in technology and AI, driving continued innovation and growth in the digital era.
