I am a seasoned executive with an engineering background that has launched and scaled technology companies, specializing in digital products within e-commerce, logistics, and payment sectors across Asia Pacific markets. As the co-founder of honestbee, I spearheaded the company's growth as the first within-an-hour grocery delivery service in Singapore, expanding its presence across eight markets and delivering an annual USD $100 million worth of groceries and food by 2018. In addition to my operational expertise, I have successfully built and led a 100+ product and engineering team, developed technology and product roadmaps, and established Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams to support the company's growth to more than 1000 staff. Currently serving as VP of Product for ShopBack with responsibilities across Product Management and Engineering. Shopback has raised over $200 million from investors like Temasek and Westpac and powers over US$3.7 billion in annual sales.

I co-founded CreativesAtWork in 2012 to match media freelancers to potential project owners and provide project management services to ensure that our clients are able to access the right skillsets to create high-quality creative products. With over ten years of experience in industry development in the media industry prior to setting up CreativesAtWork, I oversees the business development aspect of the Company. Since the inception of Company, we matched 300 projects to our freelancers annually and had grow to a size of more than 1,500 freelancers under our network. With a specially curated freelance pool, we ensure high quality, timeliness as well as cost effectiveness of such creative resources for our clients. Other than growing our business, we are also actively involved in charting out the development of the future of the freelance industry. We are involved in several workgroups formed by the Singapore's Ministry of Manpower, NTUC as well as Infocomm Media Development Authority.
