Expert-Led Insights & Strategic Context: Dr. Matilde D'Amelio will share critical insights from her 15+ years of experience advising leading organizations on AI strategy and digital transformation, providing a forward-looking perspective on innovations shaping the future of AI.
Hands-On Group Activity: AI Roadmap Sprint: In this highly focused, interactive workshop, participants will work in small groups to tackle a single, high-priority AI opportunity. Each group will rapidly develop a high-level implementation roadmap, outlining the critical first 90 days of the project, defining key success metrics, and identifying potential roadblocks. This sprint ensures every leader leaves with a tangible, actionable plan they can adapt and use.
Q&A and Wrap-Up: A brief, targeted Q&A session to address the most pressing questions, followed by a summary of key takeaways and next steps.
During the workshop, we will cover these topics:
Identify high-impact AI opportunities aligned with business value and strategy.
Define core AI governance principles for responsible and safe adoption.
Create a high-level AI roadmap with clear next steps for implementation.
