As a Director with SGInnovate’s People team, Jae leads the organisation’s efforts to drive ecosystem-wide talent development. She oversees both the running of SGInnovate’s flagship talent programmes, as well as its careers & business partnering function, which connects high-calibre talent to promising Deep Tech startups. Additionally, she also shapes the talent team’s global outreach strategy to develop SGInnovate’s global network of partners and position Singapore as a thriving hub of opportunities for Deep Tech talent.

Ethan Seow, CEO of Practical Cyber, CEO, co-founder of Centre for AI Leadership (C4AIL), lead crew of Divison Zero (Div0), -
Ethan is the CEO of Practical Cyber. Practical Cyber has one side that focuses both on educating non-IT and business personnel in organisations in cybersecurity, simplifying and making cybersecurity relevant and actionable at every level. It has another side that specialises in technical cybersecurity training across different experience levels, focusing on real-world simulations and engaging pedagogy. Currently the CEO and co-founder of Centre for AI Leadership, a non-profit dedicated to fill in the gap in artificial intelligence regarding actionable intelligence, best practices and talent development. He is also a lead crew of Divison Zero, Singapore’s largest cybersecurity community, and SINCON, Singapore’s top local technical conference. Ethan has worked with, trained and placed people with Singapore’s Cybersecurity Agency of Singapore, Singapore Institute of Technology, OT-ISAC, SMRT, Singapore Power, Energy Market Authority, GSK, Keppel Corporation, and more.

Yu Kang Yang, Trevor, Associate Professor, Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University - Division of Leadership, Management & Organisation Co-Director, Centre for Research and Development in Learning (CRADLE)
Kang Yang Trevor Yu is an Associate Professor in the Division of Leadership, Management & Organisation at Nanyang Business School, NTU. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill), specialising in Organisational Behaviour. Trevor has published in journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and the Human Resource Management Journal. He sits on the editorial boards of several journals and has co-edited the Oxford Handbook of Recruitment and written book chapters for both academic and practitioner audiences. His teaching covers change management, managerial decision-making, total rewards, and organisational behaviour and design. He has also consulted with US and Singapore-based organisations on employer branding, organisational culture, career management, and work-team effectiveness.
