This course empowers product managers with essential data analytics capabilities to drive smarter, faster, and more user-centric decisions. Learners will be equipped with practical data analytics skills to support data-driven product development, enhance user experience, and harness AI/ML insights for strategic decision-making.

User Research and Insights

This course provides a concise introduction to user research, equipping learners with the skills to understand user needs and behaviors. UX Solutioning & Testing

In today's fast-paced digital landscape, UX researchers and product managers play a pivotal role in crafting user-centric solutions that drive engagement and business success.

Our learners will master user-centered design with hands-on training in solutioning, user flows, Figma prototyping, usability testing, and storytelling—equipping teams to design, test, and communicate impactful digital experiences effectively.

Capstone Project: AI UX Product Strategy

This course serves as the culminating experience for learners to apply their knowledge in a real-world project. Guides teams through ideating, prototyping, and refining an AI product, blending UX and strategy, with instructor support and final pitch sessions to showcase their strategic thinking, design execution, and storytelling skills.

With 20 years of experience as a business leader and product manager, Hanson Yap is an accomplished veteran leading cross-functional teams to manage flagship products in the technology space. At Apple, he managed the iconic iPad and Mac for the Southeast Asia region, creating compelling new value propositions for the iPad Pro and architecting the successful transition to Apple’s M1 chip on the Mac. The business tripled under his stewardship. At Microsoft, Hanson Yap led the sales and marketing team to drive Windows and Xbox in the retail space. He was awarded the prestigious Protégé award for outstanding achievements in driving business success. In 2023, he pivoted to the education segment to better align with his new career aspirations of inspiring and preparing learners.

With over a decade of experience in the tech industry, Joshua specialises in strategic communications with a strong focus on experience design and digital consulting. Previously a consultant at Ernst & Young, he has worked with enterprise clients to shape future digital experiences - bridging business goals with user needs through close collaboration with stakeholders and tech teams. Today, Joshua runs his own consulting practice, allowing him to stay hands-on with industry challenges while imparting up-to-date skills and knowledge to the learners he teaches. A firm believer in accessible design education, Joshua actively mentors aspiring UX professionals on platforms like ADPList and Springboard, and has been recognised among the top 10% of mentors across Asia Pacific.

Mr Neumann Chew C.H.

Neumann Chew C.H. is Senior Lecturer at NTU Nanyang Business School and leads Data Science/Machine Learning projects with companies. Previously, he was Principal and Head of Analytics at SAS Institute where he designed and lead advanced analytics solution for government agencies, banks, insurance companies, hospitals and MNCs. Prior to SAS Institute, he was Head of Research & Statistics at Ministry of Health, and Professor of Financial Mathematics in Dubai Academic City. He had published the textbook Artificial Intelligence, Analytics and Data Science, currently used in undergraduate Analytics specialization and Masters of Business Analytics programme.
