Backend Development: Server-side Programming
Implement secure, scalable backend systems with APIs, databases, microservices, and AI integrations, emphasizing reliability, observability, and structured engineering practices.
DevSecOps: Automating Integration and Deployment
Automate deployment with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and DevSecOps practices, integrating security and microservices for scalable, trustworthy AI applications.
GenAI Deployment and Capstone
Leverage LLM APIs, RAG systems, and agentic workflows, culminating in a capstone project that delivers a production‑ready AI solution.

Assistant Professor Leonard Ng Wei Tat , Programme Director, NTU Academy for Professional and Continuing Education (NTU PACE)
Assistant Professor Leonard Ng Wei Tat is a faculty member with the School of Materials Science and Engineering in NTU. He leads his research group, the NGenuity Lab, whose research focuses on the development of self-driving lab systems for materials science. In particular, he applies AI techniques together with robotics systems to discover new materials and improve the properties of solar cells and cultivated meats. Assistant Prof. Ng holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge, a MSc in Computer Science from Georgia Tech, a MSc from the University of Leeds and a BSocSci.
