Title: Deep Tech Central: Connecting Deep Tech Talent and Opportunities

Abstract: Deep Tech Central (DTC) is SGInnovate’s platform that connects deep tech talent with real opportunities across Singapore’s innovation ecosystem. We work with researchers, founders, investors and corporates to activate specialist skills in AI, robotics, biotechnology and quantum technologies for projects, pilots and venture building. Through curated partner collaborations and community programming, DTC helps organisations identify the right people faster; from domain experts and engineers to product and commercial talent; while giving practitioners clear pathways to contribute, upskill and transition into deep tech roles. In this sharing, we’ll outline how DTC structures talent demand and supply, the kinds of roles and skills most in‑demand, and practical ways members can partner with us to scope problems, source capabilities and move from first conversation to deployment. The goal: turning promising science and engineering into outcomes with talent at the centre.

Title: MedTech Actuator's Bespoke Accelerator Program

Abstract: Accelerating MedTech in Singapore: A Bespoke Path to Global Commercialisation

Singapore's medtech startup ecosystem is brimming with potential — but navigating the path from innovation to global market success remains one of the hardest challenges founders face. In this session, we'll introduce MedTech Actuator's Accelerator Singapore program: a customised, milestone-driven approach to venture development that breaks away from the traditional cohort model.

Unlike one-size-fits-all accelerators, this program meets each startup where they are, sequencing support around key value inflection points across three stages — Market Assessment, International Immersion, and Venture Development. From gaining critical feedback through our Innovation Assessment Board, to subsidised in-market validation trips across the US, Japan, Australia, and beyond, to embedded shadow executives and boardroom simulation in the final phase, every element is designed to build investment-ready, globally competitive ventures.

We'll walk through what makes this model different, who it's designed for, and what success looks like — with a target of up to $1 million in capital raised or $250k in revenue. If you're a Singapore-based medtech founder ready to scale globally, this session is for you.
