Jin Hoe Koh, Executive Director & Head of Capital Markets (Global Sales and Origination), SGX
Jin Hoe has joined SGX Group on 1 June 2022 as Executive Director in the Global Sales & Origination team. He was appointed Head, Capital Markets on 1 September 2023 and he is responsible for IPO and DCM origination as well as business and relationship management with senior clients. Prior to joining SGX Group, Jin Hoe has spent 24 years in various senior roles in Singapore Public Service. He was last serving as Senior Vice President and Head, Asia Pacific and Greater China of the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB). In that role, he was responsible for formulating policies, developing strategies and executing the operational plans to attract Asian conglomerates and Asian enterprises to Singapore.

Wee Kee Yap, Partner (Capital Markets), KPMG
Wee Kee is a chartered accountant with more than 18 years of audit / assurance experience in Singapore, having spent 2 years of his career in the United States. Wee Kee has extensive experience working with clients in different industries, which includes those in real estate, technology (fintech, prop-tech, edu-tech and health-tech) and asset management sectors. He is passionate to work with enterprises in Singapore and regionally, especially those involved in the new economies. Together with the other partners in KPMG Singapore, they strongly believe that enterprises in Singapore and new economy companies will continue to drive progress and innovation in Singapore. Wee Kee is also part of the assurance team in Singapore that work with companies involved in block chain technology and uses block chain to solve real work problem statements. He looks forward to working with other technopreneurs to develop and grow the block chain eco-system in Singapore and in the Asia Pacific region.

Shih Guan Chua, Managing Director, Head of Digital Economy Group, DBS Bank
Shih Guan is currently a Managing Director in DBS Bank, heading Digital Economy Group which provides DBS services and connectivity to innovate new economy companies regionally. Previously he was in DBS Corporate Development which supports all DBS’ businesses and countries on their inorganic expansion activities, including strategic acquisitions / divestments, joint ventures and partnerships. Prior to DBS, Shih Guan spent over 12 years in investment banking. He is an experienced and versatile finance professional with years of experience across sell-side (investment banking), buy-side (corporate development) and financial regulation and policy, with deep understanding of banks, insurers, asset managers, brokerages and fintechs. He has successfully led large cross functional/border teams to close numerous high profile, complex and ground breaking transactions.

Kay Pang is the Founder and CEO of Kay Pang Law Practice LLC, a boutique law firm specialising in technology, AI, and corporate governance. With over 27 years of experience across private practice and in-house roles at global technology companies including HP, VMware (Broadcom) and Cloudera, she brings a practical, business-oriented approach to legal and governance issues. Kay advises startups, founders and investors on fundraising, venture deals and growth strategy, from early-stage to scale. She is also a Senior Accredited Director (SID) serving on SGX-listed boards, and is known for bridging legal, business and governance perspectives in navigating today’s evolving capital landscape.
