Together with our robust network of ecosystem partners across industry, academia, and government, these new collaborations enhance Singapore’s ability to nurture deep tech talent at scale, supporting national efforts in upskilling, reskilling, and connecting people to meaningful, high-impact roles.

Esther Hoon

"Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development (Aalto EE) is part of Aalto University, bringing a unique multidisciplinary approach that combines design, business, and technology to the development of experts and leaders. Our purpose is to shape a sustainable future through lifewide learning—by enabling opportunities for executive education and professional development and educating the game changers of the future: current executives, the next generation of leaders, and experts with an impact on business and society. Each year, around 9,000 people from over 1,000 organizations globally benefit from our impactful and comprehensive programs.

With more than 25 years of presence in Singapore, the collaboration with SGInnovate is a natural extension of our purpose into Southeast Asia's deep tech ecosystem.

Through this partnership, we will onboard our programs onto Deep Tech Central, with preferential access pricing for the SGInnovate community and explore other areas of mutual interest to contribute meaningfully to Singapore's talent development."

Nicholas A Jose

"Accelerated Materials is redefining the landscape of nanomaterial production by helping materials manufacturers, for example, in the semiconductor industry, to build resilient supply chains by enabling scalable, local production capacity. As a deep-tech startup, Accelerated Materials provides a unified ecosystem of next-generation hardware, software and services designed to bypass the traditional bottlenecks of material scale-up.

While industrialising new material technology often takes decades, Accelerated Materials leverages a unique methodology of microreactor engineering and machine learning to accelerate scale up. This results in a reduction in time and cost to scale high precision materials by up to 90%. Accelerated Materials is the essential infrastructure for the future of materials innovation."

- Nicholas A. Jose, Founder and CEO, Accelerated Materials

Groundup Academy

"Groundup Academy was established to bridge the Cognitive Gap as we shift gears into Industry 5.0 --- the space between advanced hardware (sensors/IoT) and the workforce’s ability to turn that data into ROI. Our mission is to evolve industrial professionals from reactive firefighters into Human-Centric AI Maestros. We specialize in physical AI, providing the playbooks needed to translate acoustic and vibrational signals into zero-downtime certainty across Maritime, Defense, FMCG Manufacturing, and Critical Infrastructure.

Our collaboration with SGInnovate allows us to plug our deep domain expertise into Singapore’s premier deep-tech ecosystem. This partnership allows us to reach a curated network of forward-looking and driven working professionals, ensuring they have the foundational support and community required to lead this transition."

- Leon Lim, CEO & Founder of Groundup Academy (powered by Groundup.ai)

Lincone

"The battery recycling industry has a critical bottleneck: black mass refining is centralized, carbon-intensive, and chemistry-specific. At Lincore, we've developed a modular solution that can process all Li-ion battery chemistries in one system—whether that's LFP, NMC, or LCO. We're making it possible for countries to reclaim their critical materials locally, reducing dependence on global supply chains while supporting the energy transition."

- Saikiran Reddy, Co-Founder and CEO, Lincore
