Bluefield Renewable Energy Pte Ltd (BRE) is a Decarbonisation Platform transforming waste into valuable resources and capturing carbon for a sustainable future. BRE generates internationally recognised and sought-after Carbon Removal Credits and produces Biochar, which has applications in both construction materials and agriculture.

The company utilises its proprietary and patented cutting-edge thermo-chemical conversion technology to transform waste into valuable resources, rather than channeling them to incineration or landfill conventionally.

Project role: System Deployment & Mechanical Design for Bluefield Renewable Energy (BRE) New Plant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support plant deployment, design, and oversee system production and installation.
2. Coordinate with contractors and vendors, troubleshooting mechanical issues during setup.
3. Define project scope, create schedules and budgets, manage risks, and design mechanical systems as needed.
4. Maintain accurate records, prepare progress reports, and ensure proper documentation.
5. Perform financial modeling based on system metrics.
6. Provide technical guidance, ensure compliance with safety/quality standards, review design documents, and optimise system performance with mechanical calculations and simulations.
7. Create 3D models and design drawings for the Flex-Pyrolysis System.
8. Analyse and optimise existing systems or develop new solutions to improve performance, cost, and design.
9. Generate and update engineering drawings, including BOM and layout.
10. Source equipment (pumps, motors, valves, sensors) based on P&ID to ensure system functionality.
11. Inspect and document received purchases to ensure compliance with specifications, resolving quality issues promptly.
12. Manage CAD drawings and design documentation with accurate and secure records.
13. Support physical installation, assembly, and troubleshooting of the system.

Preferred Skills:
1. Understanding of mechanical system design, installation, and maintenance.
2. Experience with mechanical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit).
3. Experience using project management software (e.g. MS Project, Primavera).
