BioCells Innovations Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore based company, the R&D spun-off from CellVec Pte Ltd (established in 2018) and we are committed to bring cell and gene therapy to patients in need. We achieve this by partnering with companies with capabilities of generating novel antigen-binding sequences for the design of new CAR constructs, as well as company with the technologies to decipher functionally relevant genes for the generation of allogenic CAR T cells. Our R&D platform technologies include a proprietary in-housed developed CAR lentiviral vectors and a novel cell processing process that may help to reduce potential adverse events associated with cytokine release syndrome while maintaining a robust anti-tumor efficacy. Responsibilities

• Involve in the generation and characterisation of novel CAR constructs and related upstream processes
• To optimise and execute downstream cell therapy manufacturing processes
• Capable of working with minimal supervision, and willing to work in a team when required
• Support technology transfer, presentations, and providing mentorship to junior members of the laboratory
• Assist in the preparation of study protocols, reports, SOPs, and documents for regulatory filing activities.

Job Requirements

MSc. / PhD in immunology, cell biology, molecular biology, or a related field. We are looking for a researcher keen to embark on a journey of new discoveries, and development. Self-motivated individual with good interpersonal skills. In compliance to laboratory safety procedures and other lab duties as required.
