Exabloom is an AI-enabled leads management software that assists high-ticket B2C companies generating revenue between $1 million and $50 million in converting more leads into sales. The platform specialises in managing the entire leads pipeline and sales funnel, offering omnichannel solutions.

These solutions encompass lead capture, automated chat responses for leads, lead conversion, follow-up processes, and reactivating dormant leads. High-ticket B2C brands are the primary clientele leveraging Exabloom to enhance their lead conversion rates across platforms such as WhatsApp, WeChat, Instagram DMs, and Facebook Messenger.

Project role: AI-enabled customer communication platform

Exabloom is currently seeking to hire a software engineer/full-stack developer. The project's goal is to develop an AI-enabled omni-channel customer communication platform. This platform aims to enable businesses to streamline their communication processes with their customers. It allows businesses to centralise their communication across various social media channels onto a single platform. Additionally, it facilitates the use of AI chatbots and assistants to enhance and support their communication operations.

Trainee's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop web application prototypes, new technologies and products.
• Build highly responsive and scalable web applications with interfaces to backend database.
• Build fully functional testable backend RESTful APIs with interfaces to backend database.
• Build interfaces to exchange data between various third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot and debug to optimise performance.
• Provide support and maintenance of existing software web application projects.
• Work with fellow software engineers to coordinate the development effort to achieve a full functioning solution.
• Work with product manager to develop test scenarios to ensure full functionality of system before UAT.
