Project role: Algorithm Engineer

The Trainee will join a team of like-minded, fun & creative individuals transforming a traditional space. They can expect to interact directly with experts from other domains (Engineering, Product, Business Development, etc).

The Trainee will also have opportunities to engage with internal and external stakeholders in mobilising change and drive commercial success in a fast-paced startup environment.

Trainee's Mission:

• Algorithm development focused around: Machine Learning (ML), Geometrical Computation, Computer Vision.
• Own and develop intelligent algorithms capable of learning, analysing and predicting the outcomes required by the various Factorem’s R&D pillars.
• Compile and tabulate numeric data to be used in re-training of Factorem’s R&D pillars.
• Convert algorithms into APIs with which the Factorem Platform may interact.
• Perform user testing and validation to ensure relevance and usability of technologies.
• Present learnings and automation ideas to the team.
