Project role: Junior Software Developer

Factorem is seeking an independent go-getter passionate about continuously improving processes and working with various stakeholders to create robust software solutions.

The Trainee will join a team of like-minded, fun & creative individuals transforming a traditional space.

The Trainee can expect to interact directly with experts from other domains (Engineering, Product, Business Development, etc). They will also have opportunities to engage with internal and external stakeholders in mobilising change and drive commercial success in a fast-paced startup environment.

Trainee's Mission:

• Design, develop and deliver new and existing product features for the Factorem web application.
• Write high-quality, clean, maintainable code using engineering best practices.
• Assist in documentation of code and testing.
• Learn and become proficient in design and development tools.
