Project role: Exoskeleton Adoption Engineer

Job Scope: The job is a hybrid role that utilises technical engineering skills to affect business outcomes.

1. Kick-start product adoption by utilising technical and engineering skills in order to adapt and customise the exoskeleton based on the operational needs of the customer.
2. Develop high-level designs based on requirements communicated by the customer, ensuring that feedback from the field is rapidly integrated into product.
3. Validate product prototypes and design concepts by using deep knowledge of the customer in order to represent realistic market needs in the product development process.
4. Innovate new product concepts that will open new avenues for ArmasTec™ by combining a thorough understanding of the market and the customer, and a keen sense of engineering possibilities.
5. Champion the benefits of the exoskeleton solutions to prospective clients, showcasing how ArmasTec™ products can revolutionise their operations or improve lives.
6. Spearhead onboarding and training sessions for clients, ensuring seamless product adoption and maximal user satisfaction.
