Project role: Robotics Service Engineer

Gargantua is building a team in Singapore to cater to the international customers that the company has gained over the years.

The Trainee will pioneer the Singapore Technical Team, focusing on the Product Development and Technical Support role for all the product ranges under SLAMTEC.

Based on Gargantua's in-house system and ROS2, they will work on localisation and navigation. The Trainee will also be required to be proficient in Mandarin, both spoken and written, as this role works very closely with the HQ Technical Team in China.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Participant in R&D related projects for product improvements and enhancements
2. Project management exposure – client's deployment and satisfaction management, product management
3. Responsible for customer online training, including products, installation and implementation, after-sales problem handling, LIDAR, Chassis, Robot use and other related functions of training
4. Robot technology FAQ, assist customers to solve problems in the deployment and operation of the service robot
5. Robot MCU firmware configuration, hardware debugging test
6. Responsible for writing relevant technical documents, including configuration schemes, implementation schemes, fault manuals, etc.
