As a Software Engineer/Full Stack Developer with Inside Technologies, the Trainee will be working on customising a shift-based workforce management software for tourism enterprises to cut down time and resources spent on scheduling, managing operations, and maintaining employee databases while ensuring compliance for payments and contributions.
