Polymerize is looking for a Product Designer to join Polymerize's Design team to support our Product team's ongoing effort to accelerate the growth of the company. As a Product Designer, you will collaborate across multiple functions to deliver prototypes and rapidly design solutions to solve user problems, as well as move the needle with our design system initiatives. This is a role that demands an appetite for leadership and a willingness for risk-taking, as we are intending to nurture you as a Product Designer to eventually helm the design team and lead UX direction in the organisation.

The role involves challenges at technical, architectural and workflow level where informed decisions must be taken considering scalability and efficiency for the product for the long run. It will be good if candidate have internship experience. We can convert to Full-Time after internship on performance basis.

Polymerize enables R&D scientists to reduce the trial & error in formulation development, with a complete product lifecycle management software that will enable companies to efficiently access/share data, maintain formulation workflow orders, applications recommendations, reporting and analytics.
