As an intern at ArmasTec you will be working in customer discovery using curiosity and empathy as key measures to gather qualitative and quantitative data that will be used to assess the efficacy in implementing the AireLevate for customer operations

You will be required to engage with clients to gather and synthesize market information, customer personas; desires per persona, technology trends, competitive research, and evolving customer requirements to identify product enhancements and other new and innovative opportunities for the platform/product.

You will also get a chance to collaborate with the Product Development and Sales team to use inquiry-based innovation methods to drive a vision for product/features.

Understanding and engaging product creators to effectively translate the technology vision and roadmap into product initiatives, including functional needs, supported use cases/workflow and success criteria will be another area of focus on the job.
