Overview
Every startup wants to ship fast and get in front of as many people as possible - that's the right instinct! Vibe coding lets you build something fast, cheap, and good-looking, all at once. But often it’s hiding the cost - debt resurfaces later to the user who installs your app, gives it ten minutes, and leaves with a negative impression that's hard to undo.
This workshop is about finding that hidden debt yourself, before an investor's diligence, a data leak, or a disappointed customer finds it for you. We’ll cover what actually needs to be solid before you ship and what can safely wait in breakout groups, because the answer is different for a solo founder than it is for a ten-person engineering org. Our topics will include spec-driven development, software development process tips, and a production-readiness checklist.
Bring your product. You'll be grouped with founders at your stage - solo founder, small team, or full engineering org, and our CTOs will pressure-test it and coach you on the gaps that actually apply to you. You'll walk away with a concrete, stage-specific list of what to fix.
Note: Our CTOs volunteer their time. To keep this event free of sponsors and ads, we ask for a small token fee to cover breakfast, refundable up to 1 day before the event.
