Join us for this SGInnovate x Trainocate x Singapore Science Park Tech Talk: Agent-a-Thon: From AI User to Agent Builder - as part of SGInnovate’s Let’s TECH It series - where we will move participants from simply prompting, to working through a real business scenario, scoping a use case and testing a working agent.
Course Description & Learning Outcomes
Participants go from understanding what agents are, to scoping a use case and building one they can apply at work. You will design and deploy your first work AI agent using test uses following a replicable framework. .
Get learning, start building.
By the end of the session, participants will:
Understand what AI agents are and how they differ from single-turn prompting
Identify and scope workflow automation opportunities from their own operational context
Configure a working agent in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including agent instructions and knowledge grounding
Work through a real-world business scenarios (Sales Pipeline or Weekly Management Reporting)
Leave with a reusable agent blueprint they can extend within their team

With 5+ years of professional training experience and a background in technical roles at Microsoft and Google , he designs and delivers hands-on AI workshops covering data analytics, agentic workflows, and AI readiness strategy.
