Overview
Join us for this SGInnovate x Trainocate Tech Talk Round 2! Agent-a-Thon as part of SGInnovate’s Let’s TECH It series -
This Agent-a-Thon moves participants from prompting to building, using Microsoft 365 Copilot. Participants work through real business scenarios, from scoping a use case to configuring and testing a working agent grounded on actual data.
If you already have a use case in mind, do bring your own organisational data too, we would love to help you build something you can put to use right away.
If not, no worries. We will provide sample datasets covering ops, strategy and sales for those who want to try this out.
Course Description & Learning Outcomes
By the end of the session, participants will:
Understand what AI agents are and how they differ from single-turn prompting
Identify and scope workflow automation opportunities from their own operational context
Configure a working agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot, including agent instructions and knowledge grounding
Work through real-world business scenarios using either their own organisational data, or sample datasets covering ops, strategy and sales
Leave with a reusable agent blueprint they can extend within their team
If you already have an organisational use case and would like to use your own data, please come with your own Microsoft 365 Copilot license.
Some use cases that tend to work well for this format, and the kind of data that supports them:
Weekly management or KPI reporting agent

Onboarding or process assistant:
Query triage assistant
Supported formats are PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, or plain text. Files should not be password protected, encrypted, zipped or carry sensitivity labels.
Target Audience
This session is designed for Microsoft 365 users.
We are also looking at individuals that possess the necessary ground-up knowledge of business pain points to identify viable use cases, and the decision-making power to implement AI solutions within their teams.
This round is open to a wider audience. Participants are welcome to join whether or not they have an existing use case, and organisations are encouraged to sign up together with colleagues from the same team.
