Deep tech moves faster than clarity can form. Technologies evolve quickly, markets shift without warning, and decisions must often be made ahead of full information. To lead well in such conditions, leaders must strengthen their judgement, presence and ability to make sense of shifting signals.
In this session, Professor Ben Bryant will explore how leaders can strengthen these capabilities through the Five Leadership Muscles framework, developing the awareness, sensemaking, and role agility needed to lead with clarity amid uncertainty.

Ben Bryant is Professor of Leadership and Organization at IMD and Program Director of Transformational Leader and Leading for High Impact. He previously held the Kristian Gerhard Jebsen Chair for Responsible Leadership. A highly regarded educator, executive team coach, and speaker, Professor Bryant works closely with CEOs and senior leadership teams across industries and regions. With more than 20 years of experience developing senior leaders globally, his work focuses on leadership presence, sensemaking under uncertainty, and building cultures of trust and innovation.
