Lim Kok Leong is an IT professional with 28 years’ experience working for government institutions, consulting companies and banks holding leadership positions in the areas of IT Operations, Project Management Office, Quality and Process Assurance, IT Service Management, Risk Management, Information Security, Governance and Compliance. As a training consultant, Kok Leong designs, develops and delivers training programmes in the areas of traditional and agile project management, IT risk management and governance, service management, transaction flow and banking IT systems, digital management platform. Kok Leong uses a blend of learning & development approaches including assessment tools, role plays and case studies which allow participants to learn and apply practical techniques to deal with workplace situations successfully.
