Somsubhra GanChoudhuri

Somsubhra (Som) is the co-founder and CEO of AI Palette, Singapore based Artificial Intelligence startup, backed by the Government of Singapore and investors from Silicon Valley and Europe. Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning, Ai Palette helps its customers with product innovation by spotting and analyzing emerging consumer trends. Som is a marketer by training, salesperson by expertise and passionate about product innovation; having worked closely with some of the world's largest FMCG brands for more than a decade. He has been awarded as Top50 Innovators at World Innovation Congress. Ai Palette was selected as the, Top 10 CPG Analytics startup globally, Top 5 FMCG AI startup by Startus insights in 2021, Top10 Food & Retail tech startup at kickstart Innovation Switzerland 2020. He has also co-authored a book on “Consumer-based New Product Development for the Food Industry”

Weisheng Neo

Weisheng is a General Partner at Qualgro Partners, a Southeast Asia-focused venture capital firm which invests mainly in startups with B2B, Data/AI and Software capabilities, to support talented entrepreneurs with regional or global growth ambition. With a combined valuation of US$7B+ across >30 companies such as ShopBack, Funding Societies, Patsnap etc., Qualgro's portfolio includes 3 unicorns and several other category-defining companies. Weisheng has led several investments including EngageRocket, Accredify, ErudiFi, Convosight and Supermom. Prior to Qualgro he led an EdTech startup in Southeast Asia, worked at Alibaba Group in China and was a strategy consultant at Parthenon Group in India and Singapore. Weisheng holds a BAcc from Singapore Management University, and an MBA from the Wharton School.

Celestine Khoo, Senior Director, Venture, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD)
Celestine Khoo

Celestine heads the Venture, Innovation & Entrepreneurship Office at SUTD. She is actively involved in the start-up and innovation ecosystem as a mentor, incubator and investor. Before joining SUTD, she spent 20 years in the finance industry at DBS, UBS and the Monetary Authority of Singapore in investment banking and investment management and leading the Asian business of a global financial services group. In those capacities, she had conducted due diligence on and advised companies on their corporate strategy and fund-raising in capital markets. She had also worked with institutional investors and family offices on their investment portfolios and strategies.

Emir Nurov, CEO and Co-Founder, Resync
Emir Nurov

Emir is the CEO and co-founder at Resync. Being a techie entrepreneur with a demonstrated history of working in energy sector, he is skilled in business strategy, market analysis, quantitative analytics and product commercialisation. Prior his venture with Resync, Emir led New Product Development at REC Solar and brought multiple projects from lab scale to mass production.

Khairu Rejal, Investment Principal, Investible
Khairu Rejal

Khairu has over 15 years in the venture capital and startup incubation sectors. Starting at NTU, he started and led Ideasinc in 2008, the first startup accelerator in Southeast Asia, mentoring and funding over 60 Singapore-based ventures. He then moved to Majuven, focusing on high and deep tech sectors and managing various aspects from deal execution to portfolio management across multiple countries. In 2017, he co-founded Rekanext Capital Partners, zeroing in on startups in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Vietnam. Now with Investible, Khairu oversees investment origination, portfolio value creation and operations across Southeast Asia. Beyond the business sphere, he founded Majulah Community, a non-profit empowering young Singaporeans to be changemakers, continuing the evergreen call for impactful change.
