Speaker's Profile:

Kok Kitt-Wai is the Managing Director of IPOS International, where he leads the organisation's role in strengthening Singapore's position as a trusted global hub for intellectual property (IP) and intangible assets (IA). Under his leadership, IPOS International develops national capabilities, enables enterprise adoption, builds international partnerships and delivers specialist services in support of the Singapore IP Strategy 2030. Since joining IPOS International, Kitt-Wai has held several leadership appointments, including Executive Director of IP Academy, Director of Business Development, and Director of Corporate Planning and Support. He has played a key role in expanding strategic partnerships, developing new national capability initiatives and advancing Singapore's IA/IP ecosystem. He was appointed Managing Director in October 2021.

Speaker's Profile:

Dr Ho Wanxing Eugene is the Director of Research and Intellectual Property at Mengniu Dairy, where he oversees the global IP and patent strategy of over 5,500 patented innovations. At Mengniu, Dr Eugene Ho empowers innovation of dairy products, probiotics, nutritional supplements and biotechnology with IP intelligence and further catalyzes the IP valuation and commercialization of patented dairy and nutritional innovations. Regionally, Dr Eugene Ho was recognized as Asia Pacific Inhouse IP Leader of the Year by ManagingIP in 2025 and IAM300’s World Leading IP Strategists from 2023 - 2026. Complementing his formal roles at Mengniu, Dr Eugene is also the President of IPOS Society (a non-profit IP Association of Singapore) and further teaches advanced IP topics at the National University of Singapore (NUS) as a Senior Adjunct Lecturer.

Speaker's Profile:

Lionel started out his career in law as a Deputy Public Prosecutor and concurrently held the appointment of Assistant Director of the Computer Information & Systems Department of the Attorney-General’s Chambers. Since joining private practice, he has been involved in various high profile commercial and criminal litigation cases and has advised clients on a wide spectrum of commercial and criminal matters. He is an Accredited Senior Specialist, Data & Digital Economy Law by the Singapore Academy of Law. He is a member of the Copyright Tribunal of Singapore. He is also a Certified Mediation Advocate by the International Mediation Institute. Lionel is a Deputy Treasurer and Board member of the Licensing Executives Society International (LESI). He is the immediate Past-President of the Licensing Executives Society (Singapore) and former Co-Chair of the LESI Asia Pacific Committee.

Speaker's Profile:

Chan Veng Seng is an executive manager, educator, trainer, management consultant, and entrepreneur with 30 years' experience in the high-tech industry and consulting services. He has worked with a number of MNCs from Japan, ROC, the United States, and local SMEs on strategic issues, focusing on business growth and innovation. A proponent of knowledge management, he co-published a paper on "The Contributions of Knowledge Management in the Workplace" in the Journal of Workplace and is a certified trainer and facilitator in "Knowledge Management Tool Kits," developed by Knowledge Perspectives. He is also an ISO 42001 AIMS certified Lead Implementer. A certified management consultant since 2000, Veng Seng is a council member of the Institute of Management Consultants Singapore (IMCS).

Moderator's Profile:

Winston is CEO of FT Consulting Group, a leading regional business growth consultancy firm serving over 2,000 organizations since 1991. He was a winner of the 2024 Rotary Singapore-ASME Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and a winner of the 2019 SkillsFuture Fellowships Award. Previously, Winston was with CapitaLand, where he was one of the few asset managers tasked to uncover non-traditional revenue streams for the Group’s retail malls. Winston graduated as top student in SMU’s Master of Science in Innovation programme with perfect GPA 4.0 score. He currently trains and consults internationally for United Nation’s World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) and lectures on an adjunct basis in local universities.
