Overview

AI presents incredible opportunities, but also difficult choices. With rapid technological change and uneven adoption across Asia, today’s leaders must decide where to invest, what to scale, and what to set aside.

In this masterclass, Professor Amit Joshi, Professor of AI and Strategy at IMD, will lead a session on “Smarter AI Bets in a Fast-Changing Asia”. He will explore how leaders can make confident AI decisions in uncertain, fast-moving environments.

Here’s a snapshot of the insights this masterclass will unpack:

Evaluating where to play: Learn how to cut through the noise to identify the AI bets that matter most.

Balancing risk and return: Examine how leaders navigate trade-offs across initiatives, markets, and time horizons in Asia’s dynamic and uneven AI landscape.

Turning AI into business impact: Learn actionable approaches to making focused, high-impact AI bets that align with your organization’s strategy and translate into measurable results.

The session will be followed by a fireside chat with Ethan Seow, Chief Executive Officer of Practical Cyber and Co-Founder of Centre for AI Leadership (C4AIL), where the discussion will shift from strategy to implementation. Together with Professor Joshi, the discussion will explore the realities of scaling AI across enterprises, including what leaders often underestimate when moving from pilots to enterprise-wide transformation.

Register now to secure your place and be part of the conversation shaping how organizations in Asia turn AI ambition into real business impact!
