Hackathon: Large Language Models for Bio

Applications are now open for Venture Studio 4Catalyzer’s annual hackathon from 28-30 July 2023 onboard award-winning scientist and entrepreneur Dr Jonathan Rothberg's floating lab, the Gene Chaser yacht! Held in Singapore this year, participants stand to win from the $10,000USD cash prize pool, as well as a chance to work with Dr Rothberg and team to continue their project after the hackathon. Shortlisted participants will create novel AI tools to power some of the most cutting-edge medtech devices onboard the Gene Chaser. Solutions can be designed to tackle some of the biggest challenges faced in biotechnology and health, such as early disease detection, personalized medicine and more.
