Clifton Phua, Director of Labs, Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA)
Clifton Phua

Clifton Phua is Director of Labs at Infocomm Media Development Authority. His primary focus is to explore and rapidly prototype with emerging digital technologies (e.g. AI, regtech, communications, and green compute), to empower Singapore companies and workforce. He has a proven track record of delivering impactful AI solutions for various industries. Clifton holds a PhD and a Bachelor’s degree (first class honours) in information technology from Monash University in Australia. He also completed the INSEAD Advanced Management Program.

Dan Klein

Dan is Chief of AI & Data and has extensive experience working across a diverse range of sectors, including government, transport, telecoms, and manufacturing. As a skilled engineer and strategic advisor, Dan effectively connects the needs of leadership with the technical expertise of teams to successfully drive data transformation initiatives for organisations. He brings a unique combination of strategic thinking and deep knowledge of data and engineering to his consulting work.

Sutowo Wong, Director of Data Analytics, Ministry of Health
Sutowo Wong

Sutowo is the Director, Health Analytics Division at Ministry of Health (MOH) Singapore. He leads a team of data scientists, statisticians and economists in applying artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), operations research, systems modeling, geospatial analytics, forecasting, econometrics, visualisation and primary research in support of MOH’s priorities in policy formulation and review, service planning and operations. He is also responsible for leading capability development, publication, and outreach regarding data analytics and AI in MOH.
