Professor Dean Ho is Provost's Chair Professor, Director of The N.1 Institute for Health (N.1), Director of the Institute for Digital Medicine (WisDM), and Head of the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the National University of Singapore. Using his CURATE.AI platform, Prof. Ho has led multiple pioneering clinical studies that have validated the promise of N-of-1 medicine, where only a patient's own data is used to personalise their treatment for the entire duration of care. Multiple CURATE.AI-based clinical studies are ongoing or cleared for start in the areas of solid cancer and blood cancer therapy, digital therapeutics/personalised learning, and post-organ transplant immunosuppression, among others.

Dr Liu Yong, Deputy Director of Computing and Intelligence, IHPC, A*STAR

Dr Liu Yong is the Deputy Department Director, Computing & Intelligence Department at Institute of High Performance Computing (IHPC), A*STAR, Singapore. He also holds a position as Adjunct Assistant Professor at Duke-NUS Medical School, NUS and Adjunct Principal Investigator at Singapore Eye Research Institute (SERI). He is also Chair of IEEE Systems, Man and Cybernetics Society (Singapore Chapter).Being passionate on the potential of AI on healthcare, he has led multiple research projects in multimodal machine learning, medical imaging analysis, especially AI for healthcare. He is currently working as Program Lead (Technical) for a large research program in the area of AI for digital ophthalmology. He and his team have been awarded multiple NMRC grants. He has published papers in top tier AI and medical journals and conferences including New England Journal of Medicine (Co-Joint Last Author), Nature Medicine, Lancet Digital Health, Annals of Neurology, AAAI, MICCAI, IROS, ICDE, and IJCAI. One of his papers received Best Paper Award at BeyondLabeler Workshop on International Joint Conference on Artificial Intelligence (IJCAI) 2016. He and his team has also won the NSCC Outstanding HPC Innovation Award 2017, and the first prize of Rakuten TV recommendation Challenge 2015.

Benedict Tan, Group Chief Digital Strategy Office, SingHealth

Benedict Tan is the Group Chief Digital Strategy Office (GCDSO) for Singapore Health Services (SingHealth) cluster. As GCDSO for SingHealth, he is responsible to manage the overall digital strategy, IT delivery and support, cybersecurity, analytics and data governance. He has 28 years' experience in the specialised healthcare-IT industry spanning both private and public institutions including Ministry of Health, National Computer Board, SAP and SingHealth, and many different roles and responsibilities such as project manager, business development, product manager and implementation consultant. He has implemented many large-scale IT and process reengineering projects such as the Civil Service Medical Claims Reengineering, Singapore General Hospital's Bed Management and SingHealth Electronic Medical Records (EMR) projects. In 2014, he was also recognized as one of the most outstanding CIOs in the ASEAN region by the International Data Group.

Assoc Prof Henry Ho, Director, Medical Technology Office, SingHealth

Assoc Prof Henry Ho is a senior consultant with the Department of Urology. Dr Ho received his MBBS and Master of Medicine (Surgery) from the National University of Singapore, and was subsequently elected a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. Dr Ho was the first doctor in SGH/SingHealth to be awarded the Singapore-Stanford Biodesign (SSB) Fellowship Award by A*STAR in 2011.A passionate medical device innovator, he contributed significantly to the successful set-up of the Device Development Office - now the Medical Technological Office (MTO) SingHealth - where he held the Director appointment since 2012. He is the Vice-Chair (Research) of the Surgery Academic Clinical Program and also serves as the Chairman of the Prostate Cancer Awareness and Survivorship Program Advisor Panel of the Singapore Cancer Society.Dr Ho also holds appointments as Adjunct Associate Professor with Duke-NUS Medical School and Clinical Senior Lecturer with NUS-Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine.

Assoc Prof Daniel Ting, Director (Designate), AI Programme, SingHealth

Assoc ProfDaniel Ting is theDirector of the AI Program for the Singapore Health Service, Head of AI and Digital Innovation in Singapore Eye Research Institute (SERI), Associate Professor in Ophthalmology with Duke-NUS Medical School Singapore. He was the 2017-2018 US-ASEAN J. W. Fulbright Scholar to Johns Hopkins University, the EXCO of the American Academy Ophthalmology (AAO) AI Task Force and Standards for Reporting of Diagnostic Studies (STARD-AI) Task Force. At present, he is the Associate Editor of Nature Digital Medicine and has published>180 peer-reviewed papers/book chapters/conference abstracts, including >40 AI and digital technology articles in JAMA, NEJM, Nature Medicine, Nature Biomedical Engineering, Nature Digital Medicine, Lancet Digital Health. Recently, hewas also ranked the top AI researcher in the deep learning field (all domains)by the Expertscape between 2010 to 2021.
