Overview
This 2-day course provides participants with tools and knowledge that will help them optimise their company's output using the power of AI. Participants will learn how to leverage the latest AI technology to streamline their workflow, increase efficiency and ultimately achieve their business objectives faster. Participants will also be guided on the ethical and responsible use of AI.
Course Description & Learning Outcomes
This module is part of the Advanced Certificate in Generative AI, Ethics and Data Protection. At the end of the 2-day module, participants will be able to: - Understand the fundamentals of Generative AI and its applications in business productivity - Gain hands-on experience with AI-enhanced tools in presentations, spreadsheets, chat, webinars, email, calendaring, virtual assistants and document management - Learn how to evaluate and adopt new software using Generative AI, comparing traditional features with AI-enhanced features - Develop an understanding of ethical considerations, privacy issues and potential real-life scenarios related to Generative AI tools - Create an action plan for integrating AI into your organisation to improve business productivity
Pre-course instructions
As part of the requirement for SkillsFuture Singapore, there will be an assessment conducted at the end of the course. The mode of assessment, which is up to the trainer’s discretion, may be an online quiz, a presentation or based on classroom exercises. Participants are required to attain a minimum of 75% attendance and pass the associated assessment in order to receive a digital Certificate of Completion issued by Singapore Management University.
