Tan Su Shan, Deputy CEO, DBS
Su Shan is the Deputy CEO of DBS, Southeast Asia’s largest bank (SGD 100B market cap). She previously led DBS’s Institutional Banking (2019-2024) and Consumer Banking & Wealth Management (nearly a decade). With 35+ years in banking, she has worked in Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and London, including leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, Citibank, and ING Barings. A former Nominated MP (2012-2014), she has received multiple awards, including Forbes' "Top 25 Emergent Asian Women Business Leaders" (2018) and PWM/The Banker’s "Best Leader in Private Banking" (2014). She advises Dyson’s family office and has served on boards like CPF and Singhealth Fund. Founder of the Financial Women’s Association of Singapore, she actively supports women in finance and charities. Su Shan holds a Master of Arts from Oxford (PPE) and has completed executive programs at Harvard, Stanford, and Singularity University.

Shrey is an actor and creative producer with a strong foundation in both theatre and film, holding a BA in Theatre (Acting) and Cinema & Media Studies from USC, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. His work includes producing, writing, and directing over seven short films, including *My Home, Singapore?* (2017), which gained international recognition with over 10 film festival selections. Trained under notable Hollywood professionals, Shrey has acted in films like *Lizard on The Wall* (2017) and TV shows such as *This Land is Mine* (2021) and *Titoudao* (2019), now streaming on Netflix. A finalist in Warner Brothers TV's 2020 casting call, Shrey is dedicated to telling stories with depth and purpose, striving to elevate each project he works on, whether in front of or behind the camera. His approach as an empowering collaborator drives his commitment to creating impactful, nuanced narratives.
