Overview
Whether in public services, healthcare, education, climate, an increased adoption of AI is poised to drive social and economic impact at scale. In particular, generative AI has the potential to make governments much more efficient and effective, with potential productivity improvements from generative AI estimated to be worth US$1.75 trillion per year by 2033 globally (BCG, 2024). In the US, generative AI is enabling federal agencies to positively impact citizens - from transportation, citizen services, healthcare, to science, education, energy.
With a focus on how AI is helping to transform public services, the event aims to showcase success stories of how government agencies and public sector organisations have been delivering better outcomes with AI.
