✨ Interactive Deployment Clinic Participate in guided workflow mapping, problem identification, and ideation exercises focused on real operational challenges in construction, infrastructure, and facilities management.
✨ NVIDIA AI Capabilities Showcase Learn how technologies such as computer vision, predictive analytics, digital twins, and document intelligence are being applied to real-world built environment use cases.
✨ Cross-Industry Networking Connect with developers, construction firms, startups, facilities management leaders, and ecosystem partners exploring AI deployment opportunities across Southeast Asia.
KEY FOCUS AREAS
🔹 PLAN – Cost & Delay Prediction: Use AI-powered simulations and digital twins to forecast cost overruns, delays, and resource constraints early — enabling smarter planning and better project decisions.
🔹 BUILD – Site Safety & Productivity: Leverage computer vision to monitor site safety, track progress in real time, and improve workforce productivity through AI-powered visibility.
🔹 ENHANCE – Smart Buildings & User Experience: Optimise energy usage, automate operations, and create smarter building environments that adapt to occupant behaviour and operational needs.
🔹 MAINTAIN – Asset & Infrastructure Intelligence: Apply AI-driven predictive maintenance to detect issues before failures happen, reduce downtime, and extend asset lifespan through data-driven insights.
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE
1️⃣ Warm-Up Exercise – “Stinky Fish” Surface hidden concerns, assumptions, and barriers around AI adoption in the built environment sector through an interactive facilitated exercise.
2️⃣ Workflow Mapping Map operational workflows across planning, construction, building operations, and infrastructure management to identify where AI opportunities exist.
3️⃣ Problem Identification Identify operational bottlenecks, repetitive workflows, and high-risk processes where AI can improve efficiency and decision-making.
4️⃣ AI Solution Sharing by NVIDIA Explore practical AI applications, including computer vision, digital twins, predictive analytics, and document intelligence through real deployment examples.
5️⃣ Collaborative Ideation Session Work in small groups to brainstorm AI-enabled solutions tailored to organisational workflows and operational needs.
6️⃣ Opportunity Framing Translate ideas into actionable AI opportunity statements that can potentially evolve into pilot projects or deployment initiatives.
