Tianjing Zhang

Tianjing works with healthcare start-ups with a focus on Generative AI/Computed Acceleration techniques promotion, hardware/software production in APAC region. He has 10+ years of experience in healthcare industry in medical device R&D, healthcare VC as well as AI solution development. Tianjing has authored in 40+ SCI papers in the fields of AI and medical image analysis(google scholar citations 700+), he participated in several national science fund projects and patents in the intersection of AI

Dr. Jinglin Huang, Chief of Staff and Sr. Director of Strategy, TandemAI
Dr. Jinglin Huang

Dr. Jinglin Huang is currently the Chief of Staff and Sr. Director of Strategy at TandemAI. Previously, she was a consultant at Mckinsey & Company and worked with healthcare and tech companies across US and Asia on a broad range of topics, including growth strategies, commercial excellence, new product planning, operational excellence, start-up incubation, and digital transformation. Before joining Mckinsey, she held various positions at Amgen and Harvard Innovation lab. Dr. Huang received her PhD degree in Medical Engineering from Caltech.

Dr. Philippe Leduc, Technology Director, Sioux Technologies
Dr. Philippe Leduc

Philippe has done most of his career in the semiconductor industry, a pionner in data-driven approaches for process optimization. Prior to joining Sioux Technologies, Philippe worked as a principal engineer in applied mathematics & scientific computing at STMicroelectronics. He has 20+ years of experience in advanced modelling, encompassing computational physics (semiconductor, thermal sciences, electromagnetism), software engineering (design automation), statistical modelling (Bayesian nonparametric methods), artificial intelligence (machine learning) and uncertainty quantification (probability theory). Since he joined Sioux Technologies, Philippe has been focusing on deep learning applications in the healthcare space, for the efficient analysis of medical images. Philippe holds a PhD with wide-ranging experience, including semiconductor, telecom and healthcare.

Sang Shin

Sang has spent his career disrupting, developing and rethinking systems. Sang was previously Director (Enterprise Development Group) at Temasek International. He introduced and fostered tech innovations at Temasek and its portfolio companies through accelerators, labs, and global startup ecosystem partnerships. Before joining Temasek, Sang held positions at GIC, Bridgewater Associates, and McKinsey & Company. Prior to moving to Singapore, Sang was based in Silicon Valley where he co-founded Been, Inc in and developed the world’s only mobile app that enabled users to monetise and control their personal data and privacy. Sang holds a BA in Economics, and BSc in Environmental Science from Tufts University, USA.

Dr. Feng Mengling (Mornin)

Dr. Feng is one of the co-founders and the Chief Scientist of FathomX. He is currently also a faculty member at Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health and also the Assistant Director of Research at Institute for Data Science at NUS. He is also the Senior Assistant Director of National University Hospital, championing the big data analytics and healthcare AI initiatives. His research is to develop machine learning algorithms to extract actionable knowledge from large amount of data to enable better quality of healthcare. His research brings together concepts and tools across deep learning, optimization, signal processing, statistical causal inference and big data management.

Dr. Vicente Enrique Sancenon Galarza , Lead Specialist, Data Science & AI, Synapxe
Dr. Vicente Enrique Sancenon Galarza

Dr Vicente Sancenon received a Master’s degree in Analytics from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) and a Doctorate degree in Biochemistry from the University of Valencia (Spain). He has 15 years of research experience in biomedical sciences, both in academia and the pharmaceutical industry, and 4 years of practice leveraging analytical tools and machine learning to model real world problems and deploy data-driven solutions. Dr Vicente is currently Lead Data Science Specialist at Synapxe, where he develops and implements Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision models as clinical support tools for a variety of use-cases in the healthcare sector. He also leads and provides mentorship to a small team of junior Data Scientists and liaises with partners in the Public Health Institutions to understand their needs, provide technical advice, and propose cost-effective solutions.
