Juliana Chua, Former Head (Digital Transformation), NTUC Income
Juliana Chua is the former Head of Digital Transformation at NTUC Income, Singapore-based composite insurer of more than 2 million customers and $37 billion assets in management. At Income, Juliana digitally transformed a full suite of core business across Life, Health and General insurance within 2 years and has also successfully sealed a technology partnership with ZhongAn, China’s largest digital insurer for new business models.
Juliana has a background in Innovation (Stanford, US), International Business Management (INSEAD); IP Law (NUS Law); and Computer Science (Loughborough, UK). Beyond Singapore, she has worked across continents in the US, China, Japan, India, UK and is an inventor of six patents/applications and designs for innovation in medical technologies.
Across her 16 years focused in Innovation, Juliana acquired a diversified portfolio of experience serving various entities from start-ups, multinationals corporations (MNC) to the government. Before Income, Juliana served as Director for the IP Office of Singapore, where she forayed into the US, China and Japan markets for strategic partnerships. She has also served the world’s innovation leader - IBM; Asia’s leading IP law firm – Spruson & Ferguson; Singapore’s public agency for innovation translation – A*ccelerate of A*STAR; Japan.
Davinia Khong, Senior Marketing Leader, Asia Pacific, Backbase
Davinia Khong has over a decade of international, cross-cultural experience in Marketing Communications, Corporate Communications, and Business Development. She previously worked at leading Fortune 500 companies in technology, financial services and professional services industries, where she partnered with leaders and teams to drive topline growth, business outcomes and social impact. She is currently the Senior Marketing Leader for Asia Pacific at Backbase, a global fintech software and solution provider.
Nisha Agrawal, Founder & Strategist, AGL.SG Pte. Ltd.
Between listening to the umpteen podcasts, and eating every dessert in sight, Nisha runs a digital product design startup where she helps clients navigate the intersection of technology and human relationships to uncover the secret sauce to craft delightful user experiences. She founded AGL.SG to help brands find their groove to successfully adapt grow and lead in this digital-first era using a combination of strategy, design and technology.
She is on a mission to bust design myths such as, “UX is merely about making things look pretty”. A huge proponent of design sprints, she has successfully run design sprints that resulted in interactive prototypes in less than a week. Prior to embarking on her entrepreneurial journey, she served as a digital strategist/business analyst at digital agencies such as Huge Inc and tech consultant at Accenture for over 8 years serving clients across the globe.
Adeline Tiah, Former Head of Marketing, Tokio Marine Life Singapore
Adeline is an experienced Marketing Leader who had worked across the financial services & telco industries. Having worked in a telco start-up, she had played a part in building a brand from scratch and developed key partnerships to scale the business. She had also managed key sponsorship franchise across the region and developed new value propositions for the wealth segments in the financial services industry to capture a rising wealth segment.
An insights-driven marketer, she thrives in building brands, driving revenue growth and building team for peak performance. Her goal is to lead the charge to have a more data-driven approach in marketing and to play a part in transforming an organisation towards more customer centricity through big data & AI.
Roshan Chhotu, Head of Proposition and Venture Design, Deloitte Digital, SEA
Roshan currently leads the Proposition and Venture design business for Deloitte Digital, SEA. He has advised global and APAC brands across multiple verticals from Telcos to Financial Services. Roshan loves to help corporates behave more like start-ups. Based in Singapore, he has a thirst for adventure, most recently he completed the Gobi March, a 250km, 7-day, self-sufficient ultra-marathon.
