Zee Kin Yeong, Assistant Chief Executive (Data Innovation & Protection Group) and Deputy Commissioner, Personal Data Protection Commission, Infocomm Media Development Authority

Yeong Zee Kin is the Assistant Chief Executive (Data Innovation and Protection Group) of the Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore (IMDA) and Deputy Commissioner of the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).

As ACE (Data Innovation and Protection Group), Zee Kin oversees IMDA’s Artificial Intelligence and Data Industry development strategy. This is one of four frontier technology areas IMDA has identified for its transformational potential for a Digital Economy. The other three are cybersecurity, the Internet of Things, and immersive media. In his role as an AI and data analytics champion, Zee Kin’s work includes developing forward-thinking governance on AI and data, driving a pipeline of AI talent, promoting industry adoption of AI and data analytics, and building specific AI and data science capabilities in Singapore.

Pierre Cholet, Head - Business Development, Decentriq

Pierre Cholet joined Decentriq as head of Business Development in 2021 after working for 7 years at Palantir Technologies. He has a mathematics and statistics background and holds an MSc from ENSAE ParisTech and NYU Courant Institute. He currently resides in Berlin.

Harrison Tan, Manager, Market Development and Strategy, R3

Harrison Tan is a Manager within the Market Development and Strategy team at R3, and leads the formation of strategy for several key verticals for the company. Before this, Harrison held various roles within the Strategy and Operations function at R3, where he led corporate strategy and pre-sales initiatives across cross-functional teams in APAC. Prior to joining R3, Harrison was a member of the Corporate Development and Strategy function at Sea (NYSE: SE), where he held various roles in investor relations, strategic investments, fundraising, and other corporate strategy projects. 

Harrison holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) from the National University of Singapore.

Prof Hargreaves is an analytics and business intelligence professional with over 28 years of analytics experience. She has held leading roles in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, fast-moving consumer goods and education industries.

Prof Hargreaves has worked with various leading companies to make businesses more intelligent. These include Pfizer, Novartis, MSD, Nestlè, MasterFoods, Goodman Fielder, Foxtel, Aztec (acquired by IRI), Cegedim Strategic Data (acquired by Quintiles IMS), the National Health and Medical Research Council and the National University of Singapore (NUS).

Prof Hargreaves’ role includes analytics training, designing of analytics courses, and providing analytics advisory and consulting services. She is also a noted keynote conference speaker.

Prof Hargreaves is passionate about solving business problems using analytics and machine learning techniques to build data-driven solutions. Through faster and smarter business processes, her clients are empowered to grow organic revenue and make effective decisions.
