The Role

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible in managing all IT systems and infrastructure for SGInnovate and ensure that the technology fulfils the company's information systems requirements. This is an opportunity for you to grow in a lead capacity in a fast-paced organisation.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Drive the architecture and implementation of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Develop, evaluate and implement plans for IT solutions rightsized for SGInnovate’s enterprise and business needs
  • Initiate and manage IT projects and ensure smooth and on-time delivery within budget
  • Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of IT systems to deliver a high level of service for end users
  • Collaborate and interface with vendors to ensure technical compatibility and business sustainability on infrastructure and application systems integration
  • Digital and ICT solutions advisor and go-to person for enterprise and business needs
  • Manage audits by external IT auditors, and ensure IT systems are in compliance with the IT management policies and standards

You may be a good fit if you possess:

  • Graduate degree in Computer Science / IT
  • 8-10 years of IT and business/industry experience, with at least 2 years of managerial experience
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret internal customer business needs and translate them into applications and operational requirements
  • Extensive stakeholder management with business users and senior management
  • Team player with strong organisation and people handling skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion to learn about new technologies and methods
